When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and (if you provide it) phone number. If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to fulfil your order, respond to you, or send the newsletter you signed up for.
How we use your information
We use your details to process and fulfil your order, to contact you about it if we need to, and to send you our newsletter if you've signed up for it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Payment
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a regulated payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly to Stripe. Stripe may set a small number of its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
Cookies and similar technology
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Umami) to understand how people use the shop — which pages get visited, what's searched for, which filters and products get clicked — so we can make it better. This doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't identify you personally. Your shopping basket and wishlist are remembered separately, using your browser's local storage — this stays on your own device and is never sent to us. During checkout, Stripe (see above) may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.
How long we keep your information
